Right of Withdrawal and Returns

According to Italian law (Art. 5 Legislative Decree of May 22, 1999, No. 185), consumers acting for purposes unrelated to their commercial activities—excluding resellers and businesses—are entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal, returning the product to the seller in legally applicable cases and obtaining a refund or replacement. If, for any reason, a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they have the right to withdraw from the contract.

Returns incur a fee of €6.90, based on the fact that our shipments are insured. In the case of a refund request, the shipping cost and the €6.90 fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal can be exercised by sending written notice within 14 days from the date of product receipt to the following email address: info@e-laziostore.it

The merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, together with the duly completed Return Form, to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the return of the purchased products in perfect, unused condition, with original labels intact, and in the original packaging. Returned products must be carefully packaged to protect the original packaging from any damage, writing, or label application. All transport risks related to the return are the responsibility of the customer. Products that have been washed or damaged by detergents/additives, or products damaged by customer mishandling (e.g., ironing at excessive temperatures, incorrect application of patches on jerseys, etc.), will not be replaced or refunded. For technical reasons, the color of products displayed on the site may slightly differ from the actual color; such variation does not entitle the customer to replacement or refund. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on products customized at the customer's express request (e.g., jerseys or shorts with special customization).

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

Refund or product replacement times are approximately 30 days. Product replacement will be completed upon verification of the returned product's condition. Delays may occur due to delayed deliveries to le7sorelle by the postal service. If the specified period is exceeded, please email info@le7sorelle.it.

For payments made via credit card or PayPal, refunds will be credited to the respective account, with processing times dependent on the credit card provider. Refunds exclude transport costs for both delivery and return, as well as any customs duties/taxes. A full refund of the purchase amount will only be issued if the return is due to defective or damaged goods received by the customer or in case of loss/misdelivery by the courier.

REQUESTS AND CLAIMS

The maximum time frames for submitting requests or claims are as follows:

  • 15 DAYS for claims related to defective, missing, or incorrect merchandise.
  • 3 MONTHS for requests related to shipping or delivery issues (e.g., package not received, package hold, delivery issues, etc.).
  • 6 MONTHS for requests related to payment transactions or refunds.

APPLICABLE LAW

The governing law for purchases on laziostore.it is that of the Italian Republic. For any disputes related to the sale of products on the site, the competent court is the Court of Naples.
