How to Purchase

Purchasing on laziostore.it is simple:

  1. Click on the desired product to access its product page, where you can view detailed information about it. Select the quantity and size if needed, then click "Add to Cart."
  2. To proceed immediately, click "Checkout." To modify cart contents, adjust the quantity using the plus or minus symbols next to "Quantity." To remove an item, click the "Trash" icon. View the items in your cart and click "Proceed to Checkout" to finalize your order.
  3. Enter the required shipping information and select your payment method:
    • Credit card or PayPal (online payment in advance - available for Italy and international orders).
  4. Once the purchase is complete, you will receive an email with your order details and confirmation that your order has been successfully processed. New users who have not yet registered will also receive a password to access the registered area.

SHIPPING

Shipping is a paid service. Merchandise is delivered via GLS and DHL shipping services across Italy and worldwide. Le Sette Sorelle S.r.l.s. will dispatch the goods to the shipping carrier within 3 business days of order confirmation. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

PAYMENT METHODS

Purchases on le7sorelle.it can be made in advance using a credit card or PayPal (for both Italy and international orders). Accepted credit cards include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and Carta Sì.

International
Shipping costs vary based on the destination country and the package’s weight/volume. The customer will see the shipping cost online at the end of the order, before confirming it.

SHIPPING TIMES

Italy:
Delivery is within 24-48 hours, starting 24 hours after the order is registered. Delivery delays may be due to temporary product unavailability, courier service disruptions, force majeure, or holidays. If the order has not been received within 5 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday), please contact customer service at info@e-laziostore.it.

International:
In Europe, delivery takes 48-72 hours from the order registration date. For non-European countries, delivery is within 3 or more business days from the order registration date. Delivery delays may be due to temporary product unavailability, courier service disruptions, force majeure, or holidays. If the order has not been received within 8 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday), please call 02-80887828 or contact customer service at info@e-laziostore.it.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

For shipments to non-EU countries, goods may be subject to customs duties and possible sales taxes. All additional customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient. In cases where the customer refuses the goods or if delivery fails for other reasons (e.g., incorrect address or phone number, repeated absence of recipient, etc.), the charges covering "shipment," "return," and "customs for return" will be withheld and charged to the recipient. The product price will be refunded. Customs duties and taxes vary by destination country and are applied upon arrival of the goods in that country.
